  I have visited Grand Rapids Harley Davidson from Minnesota and participated in a Charity Ryde for Education there and I found the staff to be superior and super friendly. The location is convenient off the highway and is new with lots of parking. I had time to speak with the General Manager and had a tour of the facility by the Service Manager and they really have it together their in Grand Rapids. Very customer focused and super friendly. You really feel like part of the family there when you arrive and they know how to treat customers at that dealership. I highly recommend you stop at this Dealership if you need service or shop for the many items that they have in their store. My son was having a small problem with his bike when we were there and the service manager helped us out immediately. Great dealership and selling the best bike in the world. If you want it they have it. This is one of those dealerships that you do not want to miss when cruising around the great state of Michigan. General Manager Hope Anderson is second to none.
